At Loewen Design Studios, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your handcrafted furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on standard items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble and pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during the transit back to our studio.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
